Where is my order?
Since I make each strap by hand and run everything on my own, orders can take up to 10 days to ship depending on the shipping option you chose. If there’s a surge in orders, I may need to prioritize express shipping customers or work through orders in the order they came in. Thank you for your patience—it means the world to me!

Yes! I ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout.

What materials do you use?
All my straps are made from carefully sourced vintage designer bags, giving them a unique, sustainable, and luxurious feel. Each strap is one of a kind, and I take pride in upcycling these beautiful materials into something new. I use a world famous Badalassi Carlo Tannery leather for all straps.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
